🛒 Cancellation of Orders
What is your policy regarding cancellations and refunds?
Types of Orders

Unpaid orders
Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled within 48 hours, without prior notice.

Partially paid orders (Pre-orders)
Partially paid orders with an outstanding balance that remains unpaid will be automatically cancelled within 48 hours, without prior notice.
A 20% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

Fully paid orders without shipping payment (Pre-orders/In Stocks)
Orders that are fully paid for items but do not include shipping payment, will be cancelled within 72 hours, without prior notice.
A 20% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
Cancellation fees apply to all approved cancellations, regardless of the time elapsed since the order was placed.
⚠ Refund requests older than two years cannot be accepted, as some payment platforms do not retain information beyond two years.
📦 Preorders and Reservation Items

All preorders are final once payment is made.

Cancellations are not allowed after payment, as these items are specially ordered from our suppliers.

In exceptional cases where a cancellation is approved, a minimum 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total item amount.

In most cases, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
💬 Communication and Exceptions

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Failure to communicate may result in account blacklisting and cancellation of other active orders.

Orders that have already been processed, billed for shipping, shipped, or allocated cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of store policies.
💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, within 7–10 business days after approval.
