🛒 Cancellation of Orders



What is your policy regarding cancellations and refunds?

 

Types of Orders

 

  • Unpaid orders 

    Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled within 48 hours, without prior notice.

  • Partially paid orders (Pre-orders)

    Partially paid orders with an outstanding balance that remains unpaid will be automatically cancelled within 48 hours, without prior notice.

    A 20% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

Fully paid orders without shipping payment (Pre-orders/In Stocks)

Orders that are fully paid for items but do not include shipping payment, will be cancelled within 72 hours, without prior notice.

A 20% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

Cancellation fees apply to all approved cancellations, regardless of the time elapsed since the order was placed.

 

⚠ Refund requests older than two years cannot be accepted, as some payment platforms do not retain information beyond two years.


 

📦 Preorders and Reservation Items

 

  • All preorder and reservation item payments are considered final once payment has been made.

  • Cancellations are generally not allowed after payment, as these items are specially ordered and allocated from our suppliers upon confirmation.

  • In exceptional situations where a cancellation request is approved, a minimum cancellation fee of 20% of the total item value will be deducted.

  • In most cases, the initial 20% deposit paid for preorder or reservation items is strictly non-refundable.
  • Once the item arrives, we will notify you via email regarding the pending balance payment (if applicable). If we do not receive a response, we will follow up via WhatsApp message. Should we still not receive any reply after that, we reserve the right to automatically collect the remaining balance using the same payment method used for the initial deposit and proceed with shipment to the shipping address stated in the order.

 

💬 Communication and Exceptions

 

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Failure to communicate may result in account blacklisting and cancellation of other active orders.

  • Orders that have already been processed, billed for shipping, shipped, or allocated cannot be cancelled.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of store policies.


 

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, within 7–10 business days after approval.

*** ToyCoin reserves the right to cancel any order/item for any reason. Reasons may include invalid stock quantities, pricing, system abuse, etc. (in this case, we will inform you of the reason why we chose to cancel your order/item.) ***
